why sellers leave paint, cause they cant get rid of it, so they say we will leave it for you so you can use to do touch up work, sounds good, but when you open the cans the paint is no good

why not update your door locks with wireless  systems

maybe its time to replace the furnace just a matter of time, and you could save money with a new one.

dead trees are dangerous they can fall anytime so just remove and that includes the stump

popcorn ceilings are outdated, hard to repair, clean, must check for lead paint or asbestos.

keep that pad and pen when something doesn't look quite right take a photo and tell your home inspector.

asbestos tile floor, always check with your inspector if you have them.

ceiling repair, if you cant do it, hire a professional to do the whole ceiling,

why would you do this, would never pass inspection,  its your safety and family's safety

living near high voltage power lines, something to think about

just replace with a modern kitchen

old septic tank collapse,  some older houses and developments had septic tanks so always check  with your inspector and town.
